Ep. 42 When a Humble "Yes" Leads to Action and Advocacy with The Next Wave Ministries Founder Kristi Szabo
Description
Synopsis:
My friend Kristi Szabo shares how over years of small “yeses” led her to her teaching retirement and starting a new non profit (The Next Wave Ministries) for women aging out of foster care. After listening and reading from different foster youth’s stories, she recognized the gap that foster youth face once they turn 18. Now, her ministry is in the process of purchasing a home for these young women. To connect with Kristi and her ministry, click here.
