Government To Move Forward With Scramblers Ban

A total ban on scramblers in public places will be in place within weeks.
It follows the death of 16-year-old Grace Lynch in Dublin on January 25.
The new regulations will also strengthen the enforcement powers of gardaí.
Transport Minister Darragh O’Brien says the plan is to focus on suburban areas where scramblers are most prevalent.
