Rebecca Thorne is a mother, wife, and growth junkie, a Human Design 3/5 heart-guided manifestor energy type who has spent decades exploring what it truly means to live with freedom and joy. Drawing on her background as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), board-certified coach (BCC), and certified practitioner of Neuro-Emotional (NET) and Emotional Freedom (EFT) Techniques, she combines talk therapy with energetic tools to meet people where they are and guide them toward what's possible.
Her approach is co-creative and deeply human. You don't need to change who you are, just let go of what holds you back from being it.
