The majority of the coaching staff hires have been made, now it’s time for the process. Yinz may ask, what’s the process? That would be, between now and kickoff 2026 the Steelers must use every tool in the bag to put the best roster on the field. The coaching staff may establish an identity, mentality, play style and begin installing those strategic principles identified. Omar Khan will need to manage the roster, not excluding anything, cuts, trades, restructures, free agency and the NFL Draft.
