Gillian Bennett is an online nutrition and health coach based out of Barcelona, Spain, who  works with clients helping them break out of old patterns and create sustainable and practical health habits that they can actually stick to.

Her own journey with food, exercise, and my body has been a rough one- she refused to eat vegetables until I was 20, never set foot in a gym, and struggled to accept her body for most of her life, and seeing the impact changing my own habits had on her own life inspired the basis for her work with clients on their own habit changes!
