In loving the next person we meet, and giving them a kind word,

a smile, a nice touch on the shoulder or even a hug, we begin shifting the

energy around us; the environment lightens up. It truly doesn’t take much

to make a difference. When we finally realize that the way we treat each

other is a mirror of the way we see ourselves, and that unconditional love,

without judgement, is truly the only way to improve our world, and that it

must start within each of us, we become instruments of transformation."
