The SWP-controlled Stand Up To Racism group produced a poster that focused not on the politics of the event, but on mocking the slightly juvenile anarchist imagery used in the opening scene of its promotional video. And it falsely presented the demonstration as representing a purely racist force, rather than recognising it as an expression of anti-establishment sentiment with contradictory class content.
