Former Watford Midfielder Micah Hyde, who is now the Head Of Coaching Development at the EFL Championship club Watford FC, tells me on Episode 18 of my Podcast.
Tells me that whilst he wants to develop players, winning is important in the Watford academy. Coaches would be held accountable if they were losing consistently, even though players are developing.
