Lamb, CEO and co-founder, shares how Frolic was intentionally built to create spaces where people can fully show up as themselves. Ronnie, executive producer of Frolic Weekend, breaks down the behind-the-scenes work that goes into making the weekend feel safe, fun, and truly magical. Together, they discuss community responsibility, why fun doesn’t have to equal chaos, and the importance of protecting Black queer spaces.
