A fitness boot camp at Burley Heads on the Gold Coast is testing locals with pull-up challenges to raise awareness for cardiovascular disease during Heart Health Month in February. Two out of three Australians will be impacted by heart disease at some point in their life, making it the leading cause of death in Australia. Participants including locals, the Cash Cow, and Seven Coastal expert Paul Burt competed in the challenges, with prizes including activewear, gym equipment and supplements awarded throughout the morning.
