While helping his uncle move into a nursing home, the narrator uncovers something that was never meant to exist: original footage from a scrapped early episode of Thomas the Tank Engine. What begins as a familiar story about childish fear slowly reveals a much darker version of Sodor’s past—one involving a forgotten shed, a missing engine, and a secret the railway worked hard to erase. As the footage grows increasingly unsettling, it becomes clear why this episode never aired… and why some things are better left locked away.
