Grae Kessinger Joins Mets, Following Grandfather's Footsteps

Published 4 weeks ago
Description

The New York Mets have signed infielder Grae Kessinger, grandson of former Chicago Cubs star Don Kessinger, to a minor league deal with an invite to spring training. Kessinger, a second-round pick in 2019, has played in the majors for the Astros and Diamondbacks but struggled at the plate. The Mets are shaking up their infield, with Bo Bichette at third and Jorge Polanco at first, and Kessinger could provide depth and another chance in the majors. Checkout Solipillow.com
