Ep. 359 - The Truth About the Book of Romans - Part I

Episode 381 Published 2 months, 2 weeks ago
Description

Paul likely wrote his letter to the Roman church from Corinth around A.D. 57. Though he had never visited Rome despite his extensive travels, he felt compelled to address growing tensions between Jewish and Gentile Christians there.

In this episode, we explore the first eight chapters, where Paul—speaking especially to his fellow Jewish believers—clears up misconceptions, reaffirms the core gospel message, and emphasizes Jesus' suffering, death, and resurrection as the means of forgiveness for sins available to everyone, Jew and Gentile alike.
