On this banter episode, Chris and Danny started off talking a lot about the Olympic Trials Marathon! In very exciting recent news, the race is going to be held in either Phoenix or St. Louis. Obviously Danny lives in St. Louis, so he is really excited about the potential of the race happening there!

On the same topic, we made our picks for way-too-early U.S. Olympic Marathon team. This was largely influenced by Ethan Shuley's epic half-marathon in Osaka last weekend where he ran 60:59 and Grant Fisher running his debut half at NYC half soon!

We also chatted Danny's peak long run in freezing conditions, Canova training, and more!

Enjoy!
