The New York times analyzed the video of the shooting of Alex Pretti and found that he had been shoot 10 times and only holding his eye glasses in one hand and his phone in the other  while on the ground the entire time. The video shows an ICE agen pulling the gun out of his hoslter, yeling gun. That s when another agent started shooting 4 times. Once on the ground motionless he was shot by two agents 3 times a piece for a total of 10 times. Mr. Pretti never reached for his holsterd weapon, which he was licensed to carry.
