Dustin and Andrea Glenn are both entrepreneurs.
Dustin owns Dustin Glenn Custom Saddle Shop and Andrea owns Rusty Rose Boutique.
A lot of people start businesses like these but can’t handle the hardships that come along with them at the beginning.
They both started small.
Dustin just started building gear that he used while he was cowboying. He kept playing with it and improving it and pretty soon his friends were wanting to buy some of it as well. Now it’s grow into basically a full time job and cowboying is now a fun day off from the shop.
Andrea started the boutique out of a trailer going to rodeos with Dustin. She had enough success that she rented a building in town and has since grown enough to buy a bigger location. Her boutique has been able to keep growing while many others struggle or fail.
This episode will be very beneficial to any small business owners, but especially the ones in those businesses.
