Talking through the purpose, design, and intended experience for the last challenge we undertook. I was surprised, not disappointed, and still not quite satisfied. But still also full of self respect for the accomplishment.

I was able to concentrate deliberately on putting into practice the 'Left Hand'. A sort of post offering validation. I've used it specifically and purposefully now on the Western States 100m and this little 100H 250m.
