On January 22, Virginia Beach Police responded to a road-rage incident near Dam Neck Road and Taylor Farm Road where shots were fired at a victim's vehicle. The victim was unharmed. Kayleb Warren Coker, 27, of Chesapeake, was arrested and charged with attempted malicious wounding, shooting into a vehicle, shooting from a vehicle, use of a firearm in a felony, and discharging a firearm in city limits. The case remains under investigation by the VBPD Detective Bureau.
