It’s Episodes 4 and 5 of Worst Cooks in America: Reality Check, and the kitchen has officially become a contact sport. The snark squad is still processing the "taco trauma" that took down Olympic legend Ryan Lochte, who managed to survive years in the pool only to be defeated by a knee injury during a Western-themed challenge. While Ryan took a literal fall, the rest of the celebrity recruits—including a surprisingly competent CT Tamburello and a high-energy Reza Farahan—had to pivot to rib-eye steaks and brunch burgers under the watchful eyes of Jeff Mauro and Tiffany Derry. The "get out of jail free" card was played in episode four thanks to Lochte's exit, but the luck ran out in episode five for "Downtown" Julie Brown. After a high-pressure cook-off that proved some stars are better at spinning records than spatulas, Julie was sent packing, leaving Val Chmerkovskiy and the boys to battle it out for the title of "Least Likely to Give Someone Food Poisoning."
