For the second time this month, a federal agent has shot a US citizen to death in Minneapolis. Once again, the Trump Administration accused that citizen of being a domestic terrorist. But video evidence in the killing of 37-year-old Alex Pretti appears to contradict that narrative, and calls for an independent investigation are mounting.
