This episode was recorded 15 MONTHS before "This is My Brave" ... so as much as depression had hurt me up to the point of this recording, I actually did not have a "plan" for suicide until after this. I hope that this one helps anyone out there who is suffering or who has EVER suffered, or who, unfortunately might some day suffer from the silent, hidden, illness that is taking hundreds of lives every single day.
