Now, we step onto dry land to find something we all desperately need: Space.In this 11-minute guided meditation, we use "Horizon Breathing" and expansive visualization to signal to your brain that you are safe, free, and open to new possibilities.In this session, you will:
  • 🌬️ Practice "Horizon Breathing": A technique to expand the rib cage and release the feeling of a "tight chest".

  • 🌿 Enter the Open Field: Visualize a limitless meadow of spring green to create a sense of psychological freedom.
  • 🧠 Shift Your Perspective: Learn how "expanding your vision" physically calms the nervous system.

  1. Create Physical Space: A cluttered environment leads to a cluttered mind. Today, clear just one small area (a drawer, a nightstand) to give your eyes a place to rest.
  2. Expand Your Vision: We spend our days looking at screens 12 inches from our faces. Go outside and look at the furthest point on the horizon to signal safety to your brain.

  3. Plant a Seed: Spring is about planting. Do one small thing today for "Future You"—read 5 pages, drink a green smoothie, or send a kind text.
