  • The depression of disconnection is setting in after 7-ish months of quarantine, another reason today's conversation is important for overall health & wellness
  • Bored of eating the same foods?
  • Go seasonal, shop the farmers' market
  • Focus on everything you DO eat
  • Strategically review your food list
  • Buy (and eat) one new food each week
  • Change up the spices/seasonings/sauces & 4 ways to do chicken salad
  • Change up your cooking methods
  • Eating out of boredom?
  • Do it anyway and eat nutritious foods when you do
  • Try something that's not food related: adult coloring book, crosswords, read a book, listen to a book/podcast/music, call a friend

  • Go for a new activity: swim, ride a bike, walk a different route
  • Check-in with cardio, strength & flexibility; add what's missing
  • Use what you have or buy a new piece of equipment
