Former Watford Midfielder Micah Hyde, who is now the Head Of Coaching Development at the EFL Championship club Watford FC, tells me on Episode 18 of my Podcast.
That he does not like his coaches shouting at players from the sidelines during matches. As Head Of Coaching Development, Micah has advised the Watford academy coaches to allow their academy players to play freely and only speak to the players at half time or during intervals in the game.
