A menacing winter storm threatens much of the country, bringing destructive ice and heavy snow and spurring concerns over the power grid in the South. Meanwhile, a five-year-old boy is taken into custody by ICE agents. They say they had no choice, but witnesses say that's not true. This, as ICE claims that they can enter your home without a judicial warrant. Is that legal?
