Adriana Vaccaro is the CEO and founder of Culture Redesigned, a firm dedicated to aligning human capital with business results through behavioral science data. An MBA and SHRM-SCP certified Culture Strategist, she helps business owners and leaders develop strong company cultures that enhance organizational identity, drive employee engagement, and deliver exceptional performance.
Adriana began her career focused on improving business processes, learning ISO, Six Sigma, Lean Enterprise, and Project Management. While successful in these areas, she realized that processes alone are not enough. Without the right people and culture, success is limited. She then explored human resources and talent acquisition, learning firsthand the challenges of attracting, training, and retaining top talent. These experiences led her to the insight that true organizational success comes from a culture that unites processes and people, turning values into actions.
