A New York State Supreme Court Justice, has found that unconstitutional racial biases went into drawing up congressional maps in the state and in New York City, and has ordered that brand new maps redrawing out of existence a Republican stronghold (Staten Island) be done by Feb 6 to be ready for the midterms.
