The United Way of Lebanon County has lost its two office staffers within the past week. Last Friday, Community Development Director Deborah Hornick posted on social media that she had been let go. Then Tuesday, Executive Director Erin Velasquez posted that she had tendered her resignation, citing "leadership culture and the overall work environment" were not the right fit for her.
