A major cultural anniversary is being marked in Ennis this January as Scoil Gheimhridh Chumann Merriman returns with a special focus on An Gúm at 100 — celebrating a century of Irish-language publishing, translation and education. The Winter School runs from the 23rd to the 25th of January at the Old Ground Hotel.
