The main point when it comes to exercise is finding that key, which is Balance. Yes, it's about finding that place where your daily movement practice is vigorous enough to bring out your brilliance and radiance, but not too much or to the point where you are exhausted and need that day of rest. It's about finding your Zen with this. It's about enjoying the daily movement practices or exercise for the pure pleasure of the movement and exercise itself.
