Cy: Mae dydd yn dechrau mewn tonau o wyn a llwyd, gan gychwyn antur Rhys, Eleri, a Geraint ar ben bryniau garw Parc Cenedlaethol Bannau Brycheiniog.
En: The day begins in shades of white and gray, setting off the adventure of Rhys, Eleri, and Geraint atop the rugged hills of Parc Cenedlaethol Bannau Brycheiniog.

Cy: Roedd Rhys yn awyddus i ddal yr her o gyrraedd copa Pen y Fan, ei feddwl yn llawn gweledigaethau o fuddugoliaeth ar draws rhew a gwynt.
