With a background in HR, OD, psychometric profiling, and executive coaching, she brings a research-informed and deeply human approach to leadership development.

Her work integrates neuroscience, systems thinking, and her lived experience as a highly sensitive person to help other deep processors become resilience literate: able to meet their own needs and achieve sustainable success (without the burnout). Her proprietary ALIGN framework equips clients with the tools to navigate change and challenge purposefully and playfully.
