This 10-minute guided meditation is designed for those in-between moments, when your mind keeps racing ahead and your body feels stuck in anticipation. Instead of spiraling into worst-case scenarios, this practice helps you stay grounded in the present while you wait.

In this meditation, you’ll be guided to:

  • Sit with uncertainty without panic

  • Calm the nervous system during waiting periods

  • Release mental rehearsal and “what if” thoughts

  • Let your body stand down from constant alert

  • Find steadiness even without answers
