Tuesday is an AccuWeather Alert day as extreme cold and subzero wind chills move in overnight. Parts of central and northern New Jersey will be under a rare cold weather advisory between 2 a.m. and 10 a.m.  In New York and across the Tri-State, it will feel like single digits, despite a fair amount of sunshine mixing with some patchy clouds, with highs only in the low to mid 20s.
