  • The 5th Amendment is protection against self-incrimination. 
  • Hunter can’t be prosecuted for those crimes thus he CAN’T plead the 5th.
  • Any Judge would know this and force Hunter to answer any and all answers. 
  • Hunter would then be faced w/ some serious forks in the road.
  • Would he testify against Daddy?
  • Would he testify against his Uncle?
  • The Judge could throw Hunter in jail until he decided to talk.
