So we now know that the killer, or ‘alleged’ killer Brown had been committed by his mother for two weeks. There he was diagnosed w/ Schizophrenia.
You can clearly see there is a man sitting directly across from him and a woman in front of that guy.
What does this incident say about Brown?
What does this also say about the bystanders in that train?
He was let out of the facility and his mother ultimately had to kick him out because she said he was just very aggressive after he came out of the hospital. He became homeless and she said he was then arrested many times and blames the courts for allowing him to continue to be on the streets.
We need to dispense with some of these terms but they had this guy in a mental institution, did anyone bother to check his wrap sheet?
