Hi Friends! I’m offering a little bit of a different episode this week. Today I’m sharing something that I’ve been personally doing for quite a while now. At the beginning of each month, I like to sit down with my journal and feel into my energy and the energy of the month. I write down all the impressions I have to help me navigate my energy & the energy around me throughout the month. This practice has helped me to gain clarity on what I need to focus on and prioritize for my highest good. When I started journaling about November’s energy, I felt a deep intuitive pull to share it with you! I hope that sharing my energetic impressions will help you to navigate your energy this month.
