On this episode the boys had on special guest Mark Dowdle! Mark is one of the best backyard ultra runners in the US. He is one of the favorites to win the BPN Last Man Standing this Spring and has already been selected for Team USA at Big's Backyard Ultra this fall.

Mark quit his job to go all in on ultra-running. We talked about that decision and what is has been like after doing that, and also the mentality needed to win backyard ultra races. Mark's mental strength advice is great and can be applied to runners at all distances.
