President Trump ended “radical and wasteful government DEI programs” but discrimination is still happening in secret. Now veteran clarinetist James Zimmermann is suing the Knoxville Symphony Orchestra, saying he won the blind audition for a top job but was later rejected when the company discovered his beliefs about DEI.
Political commentator Lauren Chen says an FBI raid on her home and a DOJ investigation into her media company caused severe financial and personal harm, even though no charges were filed. Chen says agents seized bank accounts, triggering six-figure legal bills, unpaid payroll chaos, visa problems, and ultimately forcing her family to leave the United States. Over the holidays, Chen publicly thanked the State Department FBI and CBP for helping her family return to the United States.
