In this episode of Somatic Healing Meditations, I guide you through a gentle somatic meditation that helps you turn toward the feelings underneath your inner dialogue. You’ll be invited to bring compassionate awareness to the sensations and emotions in your body, and to begin meeting the parts within that need support and understanding.

When these deeper feelings are seen and cared for, the inner world often begins to soften on its own. Your inner voice changes when your inner world is cared for.
