Debate continues on proposed harm reduction drop-in center

Description
Public comment was split Wednesday evening on an embattled proposal to fund a new harm reduction clinic on Madison’s far east side.
Responding to pushback from city leaders and area residents, the Board of Public Health tabled the proposal last month and scheduled the hearing to allow for further discussion.
