She came on to discuss the state of civil liberties in the United States in the wake of the shooting of Renee Good. Renee was shot dead by a United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent. Jenin - who sued the Biden administration for first amendment violations - also discuses how Trump's government has transitioned from protecting free speech to actively supporting censorship.
