- When genuflecting during Adoration, are we to get on both knees and bow, as opposed to kneeling on the right knee? Also, when leaving the nave/pews during Adoration, are we to fixate our eyes on the Eucharist and walk backwards, or is it just a cultural practice of some Catholics?
