From being cut from his high school track team to becoming a champion sprinter, Jamaican Olympic bobsledder, and later a Canadian national masters champion, his story proves that perseverance can rewrite any narrative.

Milton shares his path from the Jamaican military and the world-famous bobsled program to building a life in Canada, excelling in university athletics, serving in the Canadian Military Reserves, and shaping young minds as a vice-principal with the York Region District School Board.

Beyond sport, Milton is deeply committed to community impact as Chair of the Aurora Black Caucus, advocating for equity, inclusion, and opportunity.
