ശബരിമലയില് മകരവിളക്ക് ദര്ശിച്ച് ഭക്തര്. തിരുവാഭരണ ഘോഷയാത്രയ്ക്ക് സന്നിധാനത്ത് ആചാരപരമായ വരവേല്പ് നല്കി. തുടര്ന്ന് തിരുവാഭരണം ചാര്ത്തി ദീപാരാധന നടന്നു. പിന്നീട് ആകാശത്ത് മകര നക്ഷത്രവും പോന്നമ്പല മേട്ടില് മകര ജ്യോതിയും തെളിഞ്ഞു.
