Episode Details

In this conversation, Pastor Greg Surratt reflects on Seacoast's growth and humble beginnings, sharing some interesting insight on how it all began, he discusses the complexities of leadership, how he navigates controversy — and why he often prefers to avoid it.  He shares insights on cultivating a strong church culture, the role of music in personal nostalgia, and offers thoughtful advice for the new year, emphasizing the importance of community and support in both personal and professional life.

Joined by hosts Lynne Stroy, Joey Svendsen, and Amy Worley, the group shares plenty of laughs as Pastor Greg fields a series of icebreaker-style questions, including some of his favorite movies and what band he wishes he could go back in time to see; and maybe one or two questions that are a bit off the wall.
