Rebecca Sayegh was an award-winning police officer in Toms River, New Jersey. In 2025, her ex-boyfriend called 911 after she broke into his house through the front door and demanded her dog back. Police in Berkeley Township, New Jersey responded and took Sayegh into custody. She was charged with burglary, criminal mischief and simple assault.
