A four-year-old boy is recovering after being shot in the face during what police say was a violent breakup dispute in south Phoenix, Arizona. “Dad, why can’t I see?” are the last words an eleven-year-old girl spoke to her father after she was shot in the head while sitting in the front passenger seat of her family’s car in California.
