Canadians are feeling uneasy about crime in their neighbourhoods

A new survey from the Angus Reid Institute finds that three-in-five Canadians believe crime has risen in their neighbourhoods over the past five years, and over 80 per cent say they’ve been targeted by fraud or identity theft, with nearly a third losing money or personal information.
