A man was leaning up against a person’s mailbox, growling at it. He was found to be high on Meth

January 6th - City of Eau Claire
A woman reported suspicious activity at Boyd Park, saying that multiple underage kids went into the park with "skateboards and snow shovels." Officers found that they were shoveling an area in order to skateboard there, and that no illegal activity was taking place.
